APVC self-managed properties as at 1 February 2008

1. A credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. The following credit cards are accepted AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Diners  If you do not have access to a credit card please call the hotel directly on (within Australia – 1800 033 214 Tel: 61 3 5777 5788) or email property  reservations@pvr.com.au

2. During the following peak times full payment is required upon booking.  This payment is not refundable.
   March 7- 9; March 20 – 23; April 24 - 26
   June:  6- 8; 13 - 14, 20- 21, 27- 28
   July: 4 - 5, 11- 12, 18 – 19, 25 - 26
   August: 1- 2, 8 – 9, 15 – 16, 22 – 23, 29 - 30
   September:  5 – 6, 12 – 13, 19 – 20, 26 - 27
   October:  31st - November 4th
   December:  25 - 31 2008
   January 2008: 1 - 4

3. No cancellation charge applies where notification is received on or before 2pm (local time) on the day prior to check-in. Guests canceling after this time will be charged the first night’s tariff.

4. The balance owing for all accommodation and related charges is payable upon departure.

5. All rates are based on twinshare/double occupancy.

6. Additional fee of $30 applies for extra persons staying.

7. No accommodation charge applies for up to 2 children 12 years or under, if using existing bedding and sharing a room with parents/carers.

8. Cots are available at an additional charge of $20 per stay.

10. The prices shown are per room and per night, for the number of persons and dates previously selected, unless otherwise indicated.  All rates are room and per night unless otherwise stated.

11. No pets or companion animals are permitted, however assistance animals (such as guide dogs and hearing dogs) are permissible.

12. Check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time is at 10am

13. Occupancy limits apply.

14. In the interests of fairness and to allow us to keep our costs down Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to resort property occasioned during their stay.  Guests will also be responsible for any additional cleaning fees incurred where the property has been left in a particularly dirty &/or messy state.  Charges of this nature will be debited without further notice from the Credit Card provided for security at the time of check-in and an accounting of all costs charged will be forwarded to the Guest.
