Route from Melbourne (west) to Grand Mercure Pinnacle Valley Resort

From the CBD travel onto the Western Ring Road and follow it around to the Hume Highway. Travel north on the Hume Highway until you reach the Tallarook turn-off. This is approximately 10 kilometres south of Seymour. You are now on the Goulburn Valley Highway. Follow this Highway through Tallarook and Yea, where it becomes the Maroondah Highway. Passing through Molesworth, Yarck, Merton and Bonnie Doon, Maroondah Highway will bring you right into the Mansfield Township.

As you approach the large Police Memorial roundabout, turn right into Highett Street and drive straight ahead until you reach Malcolm Street/Mt. Buller Road. Turn left into Mt. Buller Road and continue on this road for approximately 24 kilometres, past the Jamieson turn-off and the Merrijig Township. Grand Mercure Pinnacle Valley Resort is located on the right hand side of the road, approximately 5 minutes from Merrijig.

Estimated travel time from Melbourne (CBD & surrounds): 2¼ to 2½ hours.

From Tullamarine Airport

Travel along Tullamarine Freeway for approximately 3 kilometres and turn left into Mickleham Road. Continue along this for approximately 18 kilometres until you reach Donnybrook Road, where you will turn right. This brings you to the Hume Highway. Turn left onto the Hume Highway and follow as per directions above. Estimated travel time from Tullamarine Airport: 2¼ hours.

From Eastern Suburbs

Take Whitehorse Road/Maroondah Highway through Ringwood to Chirnside Park, turn left into Victoria Road and then right into Macintyre Lane. Follow Macintyre Lane around the Lilydale Airport until you reach the Melba Highway intersection where you will turn left and head towards Yarra Glen. Keep on the Melba Highway, passing through Dixons Creek and Glenburn until you arrive in Yea. Follow the signs to Mansfield by turning right onto the Goulburn Valley Highway that runs into the Maroondah Highway. Pass through Molesworth, Yarck, Merton and Donnie Doon, Maroondah Highway will bring you right into the township of Mansfield.
